Julia Lauretta Wilde is co-founder and Chief People and Impact Officer of Pangea Bio, focusing on impact strategy and benefit sharing. She is also a co-founder of Kanna Health.
Julia is a serial entrepreneur who, prior to Pangea and Kanna, co-founded and built Otto Wilde Grillers into a leading global barbecue brand which was acquired by the Miele Group. Despite building a hardware manufacturing business, the founding team was able to bootstrap the company for a significant amount of time and was able to gain pre-finance through two of the most successful European crowdfunding pre-sales campaigns on Kickstarter.
Julia also co-founded Emma & Noah, a direct-to-consumer baby wear brand that focuses on delivering organic and sustainable high quality baby products at fair prices. E&N is developing into a leading direct-to-consumer company.
Before becoming an entrepreneur Julia worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company on national and international projects.
Julia holds an MSc degree in Economics and Management in Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment from Bocconi University, a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies from the Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Bachelor’s degree in German Italian Studies from the University of Bonn.
